The American Casting Association is a 501(C)(7) not-for-profit corporation. Our Mission is to effect the association and federation of angling and casting clubs throughout the United States and Territories of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, the Panama Canal Zone, and Canada.
The association conducts the ACA National Tournament, including fly and bait casting competitions in accuracy and distance. It also coordinates the casting tournaments held by individual clubs.
The association encourages groups and individuals to enjoy casting and angling as recreation and sport.
The ACA supports outdoor programs sponsored by educational organizations.
The American Casting Association assists the development of fishing tackle for angling and casting.
The association encourages the development of casting on the international level.
